Helping Individuals & organizations be more creative, humanly.

The Center for Human Creativity works with organizations across three main areas: Culture & Productivity, Products & Programs, and Brand & Vision.

Our consulting work is grounded in the same psychology, philosophy, and creativity science that drives our research — and delivered with the same rigor and depth. Engagements are bespoke, built around your specific context, goals, and people.

I
Culture & Productivity

Creativity thrives in certain conditions — and wilts in others. The most creative organizations reward courage, authenticity, and risk-taking, while minimizing the forces that suppress creativity: conformity pressures, fear of negative evaluation, and cultures that prioritize output over expression. We help organizations identify the psychological conditions that enable creativity and build cultures where those conditions can flourish.

Identifying the cultural forces that foster or suppress creativity, and designing targeted interventions to address them
Helping leaders understand the psychology of creative teams — what motivates them, what blocks them, and how to lead them with greater intentionality and care
Designing employee programs that reconnect people with the intrinsic motivations behind their best and most meaningful work
II
Products & Programs

The research is clear: customers are increasingly distrustful of brands, influencers, and products that don't feel human. As AI and algorithmic systems become embedded in nearly every product and service, organizations face a choice: optimize purely for efficiency, or design with the full complexity of human experience in mind. We help organizations make that choice intentionally, and build accordingly.

Evaluating existing products and programs through the lens of human creativity — identifying where they diminish the human touch, and where they could amplify it instead
Advising on AI feature design that preserves human creative agency rather than replacing it
Helping organizations build at the intersection of human creativity and technological progress — finding the balance that serves both efficiency and humanity
III
Brand & Vision

The organizations that will earn lasting trust are those that can credibly demonstrate a genuine commitment to human creativity. We help organizations develop the brand positioning, mission clarity, and cultural credibility to be not just seen as — but to actually be — a positive force for human creativity in a rapidly changing world.

Developing brand positioning that is authentically grounded in a commitment to human creativity, autonomy, originality, and expression
Helping organizations articulate a clear and credible stance on AI and human creativity — what they stand for, what they will and won't do, and why
Advising on mission and values frameworks that embed a genuine commitment to human creativity and flourishing
