The Foundations of Entrepreneur Psychology

This immersive two-day course is designed for entrepreneurs, investors, coaches, and professionals who want to gain a deeper understanding of the unique psychology that drives entrepreneurs.

Blending research from psychology, neuroscience, and organizational studies, the course explores why entrepreneurs often exhibit extreme personality traits, unconventional thinking, and mental health challenges—traits that, while often problematic, can serve as adaptive advantages in entrepreneurial contexts. Participants will also examine the distinctive culture of entrepreneurship itself to understand why certain mindsets and behaviors are more common, celebrated, and rewarded than others.

Through a combination of lecture, discussion, and reflection, participants will gain a richer understanding of the psychological, cultural, and existential dimensions of entrepreneurship—and how this understanding can inform their work, leadership, and investments.

The Psychology of
Individual Differences, Authenticity & Creativity

This immersive two-day course explores the psychological foundations of individuality and creativity—why our differences shape our authentic expression and creative potential.

Drawing from psychology, philosophy, and sociology, participants will examine how their unique traits, eccentricities, and experiences with adversity come together to inform their creative lives. The course also investigates the modern social forces—such as conformity, performance culture, and algorithmic influence—that threaten authentic self-expression and originality in today’s world.

Through a blend of lecture, dialogue, and guided reflection, participants will:

  • Explore the psychology of individual differences and their role in creativity and entrepreneurship.

  • Understand the developmental and existential roots of authenticity, and what it means to live and create in alignment with one’s true nature.

  • Identify internal and external barriers to authenticity, including social pressures, self-censorship, and perfectionism.

  • Learn evidence-based frameworks for fostering environments and mindsets that support creative courage, autonomy, and self-actualization.

By the end of the program, participants will have a deeper appreciation for the complex interplay between individuality and creativity—and practical tools to nurture authenticity in their leadership, relationships, and work.
